No. 20 Horton Street is a mid-19th century remodelling of a circa-1700 cottage. The building is two storeys high with an attic and basement. It is constructed of coursed and dressed rubble. The roof is a double mansard with one dormer window. The front has a range of marginally glazed sash windows and a door to the left. The building is included on the list for group value.
