Description
This is a 17th-century farmhouse, later divided into two dwellings. The building is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with a triple Roman tile roof and a brick ridge stack. It has two storeys and originally had a 2-bay by 2-bay layout, now featuring 3-light casement windows with 30 panes of glass, set under renewed lintols. A central door opening between the bays contains a 19th-century five-panelled door. A squared lias forecourt wall with a lias capping is also present. A section to the right of the doorway was used for Quaker meetings before 1717.
