Description
Tor Guest House is a detached house dating from the early 18th century, which was remodelled in the late 19th century. The building is rendered and colourwashed, topped with a Welsh slate roof that features coped gables and brick end chimney stacks. It has a double-depth plan.
The exterior consists of three storeys and three bays. There is a plinth and plain late 19th-century plate-glass sash windows, which are paired in the outer bays and set in plain surrounds. The entrance door, located in the centre bay, is a two-panel design within a simple frame, topped by an ornate timber and plaster shell hood supported by brackets. On the south gable, there is a single-storey extension with a hipped lean-to roof covered in triple-roll clay tiles, which is set behind a parapet. This extension features a matching double sash window on the front elevation. The interior has not been inspected.
