Description
This barn, dating from the 18th century, is located on the roadside directly east of Home Farmhouse. It is constructed of dressed Hamstone and features an asbestos tile roof with coped verges, one of which has a ball finial at the apex. The barn has a rectangular plan and stands two storeys high. On the first floor, there is a single rectangular opening with a three-light wooden-mullioned window. The ground floor has two openings with wooden lintels and a blocked door opening that has a two-light wooden-mullioned window inserted. Additionally, there are two door openings on the left side, one of which is on the first floor accessed by a flight of stone steps, leading to a plank door.
