Description
Dairy House Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1714. It is constructed of rubble with dressed quoins and features a double Roman tile roof that is divided into two halves; the roof is hipped to the left and gabled to the right, with a coped verge and a brick stack. The building has an "L"-plan and consists of two storeys and an attic, with two bays. The windows are three-light moulded stone mullioned windows, except for the left bay on the ground floor, which has two lights. There is a central 20th-century gabled concrete porch with a vertical plank door. Above the door, there is a stone plaque inscribed with "T.E.D. 1714".
