Description

Church Close is a detached house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from Cary stone that is cut and squared, with painted ashlar dressings. The roof is made of Welsh slate and features coped gables, along with one brick chimney stack and one stone chimney stack. The house has two storeys and three bays. The windows are sash style, set in plain ashlar surrounds, with 12 panes in the upper windows and 16 panes in the lower ones. Between the first and second bays, there is a 6-flush-panel door in a flat-headed opening, also in a plain beaded surround. The interior has not been seen.
