Description

Batts House is a late 18th-century house constructed of Flemish bond brick, featuring prominent ashlar quoins and a triple Roman tile roof with coped verges and end brick stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with the outer bays showcasing two-storey canted bay windows that have flat roofs and 8:12:8 pane sash windows. The central bay contains a 12-pane sash window. There is a central door opening with a panelled door and a trellis porch, which is topped by a lead "tent"-canopy hood. The right side of the house has an additional two-storey canted bay window facing the road.
