Description
The King's Arms is an inn dating from the late 18th century. It features a rendered exterior that is scribed to resemble ashlar stone, with a pantile roof and end brick stacks. The building has a symmetrical front with two storeys and an attic, comprising three bays. It includes paired sash windows with glazing bars and a central Venetian window with three lights, separated by 16 lights, and emphasized by a key. The central door opening is framed by a moulded stone surround and contains a six-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed, topped with a triangular pediment supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a two-storey, two-bay wing that predominantly features two-light stone-mullioned windows.
