Perhaps C18, although externally C19. Stucco. Pantiled roof. Two storeys. Two bays: sashes. Two doors with oblong fanlights in moulded wooden frames. Ground floor has moulded wooden cornice linking a symmetrical composition consisting of 2 windows, 2 doors and central passage entrance (with 3-centred arched head).
