Description

Nos 25 and 26 St Marygate in Ripon are possibly 18th century buildings, although they appear to have 19th century features on the outside. The buildings are constructed of stucco and have a pantiled roof. They are two storeys high and consist of two bays with sash windows. The ground floor features two doors, each with oblong fanlights set in moulded wooden frames. There is a moulded wooden cornice that connects a symmetrical arrangement of two windows, two doors, and a central passage entrance, which has a three-centred arched head.
