Description
Corps House is an early 18th-century building that was heightened and refurbished in the early 19th century. It is constructed from local handmade red brick and features a pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, as well as brick end chimneys.
The building has two storeys and presents two windows on the main front, along with a lower two-storey section that has one window, which is the hind's cottage. The windows have been replaced with large modern casements.
At the rear center, there is a round arched staircase window. In the gable wall, there is a partly-blocked round arched loading door with pigeon holes above it. A round arched doorway made of gauged brick with a keystone leads to a through passage in the cottage section, although this doorway is largely obscured by a modern porch.
