Description

The Lodge to Highfield is a mid-19th century building located on the south side of Ripon Palace Road. It is constructed of rockfaced stone with ashlar dressings and features steeply pitched ornamental slate roofs. The gables are coped and adorned with ornamental stone urns on the kneelers and at the apex. The lodge is one storey high with attics and includes two-light stone mullioned sash windows, some of which have ornamental stone features above them.
