Description

Nos 97 and 99 Gowthorpe are early 19th-century buildings constructed of brown brick with a pitched pantile roof and coped gables. They stand two storeys tall. No 99 features a brick modillion eaves cornice, while No 97's cornice is obscured by a wooden cornice supported by paired brackets. The buildings have two bays with flush-framed sashes that include glazing bars. No 97 has a door with six moulded panels and an oblong fanlight set in a moulded frame, whereas No 99 has a modern flush door.
