Description
Nos 108 and 110 on Gowthorpe are late 18th century buildings constructed of pink brick. They feature a pitched and sprocketed pantile roof with coped gables. The buildings are two storeys high and have modillioned eaves and a cornice. The façade consists of three bays with sash windows that have glazing bars set in moulded flush-frames, three of which are tripartite. The entrances are paired doors with six panels each, with four of the panels on No 110 being fielded. Each door is topped by an oblong fanlight, with No 110's fanlight featuring delicate glazing bars. The wooden door frames have reeded cornices, scrolled consoles, and entablatures with a dentilled cornice.
