Description

Pasture House Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse situated on the south side of Sherburn High Street. It is L-shaped in plan. The front facade is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond, while the rest of the building employs English garden wall bond. The roof is covered with pantiles. The farmhouse has a two-story, four-bay front, with the right-hand end bay being a blank feature. A six-panel door is located beneath an overlight. All windows are 16-pane sashes, with painted stone sills and painted tooled wedge lintels above the openings. The building features coped gables and shaped kneelers at the gable ends. End and centre-right chimney stacks are present.
