Description

9 Park Street is an 18th-century house of stucco construction, with a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with one bay slightly set back. The house has rusticated quoins. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with one window on the first floor being a Venetian style, all featuring vermiculated keystones and channelled stucco voussoirs. The front door consists of six fielded panels, topped by a semi-circular fanlight with rusticated jambs and voussoirs. The eaves are coved.
