Description
The Estate House is a house, likely from the 18th century, with stables added in 1851. It is built of rubble and features a stone slate roof that is hipped towards the lane. The house has two storeys and three symmetrical bays. The front door is framed with an architrave, a pulvinated frieze, and a cornice. All the windows are also framed with architraves and are sash windows without glazing bars. The adjoining stable range has two entrances, one of which features a keystone inscribed with "RH Esqr 1851," likely referring to Heber of Marton Hall.
