NIDD TOWN STREET (east side, off) Cross base and lower part of shaft approximately 10 metres south of porch of Church of St Paul and St Margaret

Cross base and shaft. Probably medieval. Gritstone. Square base with socket about 40 centimetres high; the shaft has roll mouldings on the corners of the west face and chamfers on the east face. Overall height approximately 1.5 metres.
