Description

Clara Manor is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is built of brick with sandstone ashlar dressings, and has a pantile and stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. It features chamfered rusticated quoins. The central entrance has a part-glazed six-panel door below a four-pane overlight. A later pediment sits above the overlight. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within flush wood architraves, with stone sills and keystones in flat brick arches. The eaves are lined with stone slates. The house has shaped kneelers, an ashlar coping, and brick end stacks.
