Description
Tees Croft is a house dating from the early to mid 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features three bays, with a two-storey rear wing on the right side. The openings are adorned with stone keystones set in flat brick arches. The central entrance consists of a five-panel door topped by an overlight with decorative glazing bars. The ground and first floors have sash windows with glazing bars and flush wood architraves, complete with stone sills. On the second floor, there are half-size blind windows that are painted to resemble six-pane sashes. The house also has wrought-iron gutter brackets, shaped kneelers, and ashlar copings, along with brick stacks at the ends.
