Description
Greencroft is a house dating from the early 18th century, constructed with rendered walls and a pantile roof. It stands three storeys high and features two first-floor windows. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped with an overlight. To the right of the entrance is a 20th-century segmental bow window, while to the left is a door leading to Swale View, which is part of the same building. On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars and projecting stone sills. The second floor has side-sliding sashes set in chamfered surrounds, which were likely once mullioned. The eaves are stepped and rendered over. The rear elevation includes several two-light chamfered mullion windows. Greencroft is probably originally part of the same building as Swale View.
