Description

Holly Tree House is a late 18th-century house, with a 19th-century reroofing. It is constructed of pink-red brick in a random bond pattern, covered by a pantile roof. The house follows a central-stairhall plan, with a depth of one and a half rooms. The front facade is of three windows, with a central four-panel door set beneath a gabled trellis porch. Ground-floor windows are three-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sashes, while the first-floor windows are similar two-light designs. All windows have painted stone sills. Segmental arches top all of the window and door openings. Brick stacks rise through the front gable of the roof at each end.
