Description

17 Tower Street is a building that likely dates from the early 19th century. The right-hand section is a single storey constructed of coursed rubble, topped with a hipped roof made of pantiles and slate. It features one window without glazing bars and a plain door beneath a rectangular fanlight. The left-hand section is two storeys high and finished in roughcast, also with a pantile roof. It has one window on the first floor and a smaller window on the ground floor, both without glazing bars. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 17 (odd).
