Description
Nos 10 and 12 on Rosemary Lane are early 19th century buildings with fronts made of coursed rubble, featuring some mid 19th century details. They have a Welsh slate roof with one brick chimney stack. The buildings are one storey high and have three gabled dormers with decorative bargeboards and finials. On the ground floor, there are three slightly canted shallow bays that date from the early 19th century and do not have glazing bars. The buildings have three plain wood pilastered doorways; No 10 has two four-panel doors, one of which is a half-glazed door that is not in use, while No 12 features a double door with six panels. These buildings are included in the listing as part of a group with Nos 8 to 12 (even).
