Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century building on New Road. It was originally built as one building with number 13. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior. The building has two windows, one of which has been blocked up, and the other is a sash window with glazing bars. The ground floor window is wider. A modern door has been fitted. Numbers 9 to 15 (the odd numbers) and number 1 Waterloo form a group, and number 15 also forms a group with numbers 3 and 5 Waterloo.
