Constructed of pinkish-brown local brick with a Welsh slate roof and a rebuilt end chimney, the cottage is two storeys high and two bays wide. The central entrance features a four-panel door surmounted by an oblong fanlight with margin lights. Bow windows extend from each side, incorporating tripartite sashes with curved glazing bars. Above, 16-pane sash windows are set within flush wood architraves and have stone cills.
