Description
Nutta Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early 18th century, with extensive alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed from limewashed squared rubble with painted stone dressings and has a tiled roof. The entrance is located in the right-hand gable end and features a chamfered surround with a partially glazed door. Above the door, there is a reset panel that is dated 1733. The front of the building faces the street and consists of two storeys with two bays. Each storey has two 3-light chamfered mullioned windows, although the windows have been replaced with 20th-century casements. The right-hand gable end has a ridge stack, and there is a central ridge stack at the former gable.
