The building is constructed of white brick with ashlar dressings and features slate roofs with ashlar coped gables and kneelers. It has two brick stacks and dentilated eaves, and is laid out in a T-plan over two storeys. The south front showcases a single bay gabled facade with a triangular headed window that contains three ashlar plate tracery lights, and above it is a similar two-light flat headed window. The east front includes a projecting gabled porch. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
