Description

This building is a house dating to approximately 1830 to 1840, and it forms part of an altered terrace. It is two storeys high and constructed of painted brick on a plinth. The roof is a low-pitched gable end covered with slate. The two-bay front has a window above the entrance and a two-storey segmental bow with a corniced flat eaves detail that extends across the front. The bow windows are tripartite sashes with intact glazing bars, set within flat stucco arches. The front door consists of six molded panels and a rectangular fanlight. The doorcase is made up of Greek Doric columns and a deep entablature with a projecting molded cornice.
