Description

The Manor House is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a roof of small, graduated stone slates. The main range is two storeys high and has five first-floor windows, one of which is blind. An earlier range is two storeys high with two first-floor windows to the right. The main range features a six-panel door within a plain door frame, located to the right. Four evenly spaced sash windows with flush wood architraves are positioned to the left of the door, on both the ground and first floors; the window above the door is blind. The building includes a two-course first-floor band. The range to the right has a 20th-century bow window on the ground floor and two 20th-century windows above. A moulded first-floor band is present, as are cogged eaves on both ranges, and end stacks.
