Description
The ha-ha to the south and west of Ribston Hall is a structure from the late 17th century or 18th century, built from squared limestone blocks. It is a long wall that extends from the south of Ribston Hall Chapel to a folly or mock-ruin at the northern end of the gardens. The wall stands approximately 1 metre high and consists of 8 courses. There is no surviving coping, and an earth bank is situated above it. This structure is included for its group value.
