Description

Nos 11 and 12 St Hilda’s Terrace date from the late 18th century and are constructed of brown brick. They are two storeys and attics, with a parapet and a slate roof. Number 11 has one modern dormer window, while Number 12 has two dormers. Each property features three sash windows. The entrances are distinguished by Doric-columned open-pediments and semi-circular fanlights, with half-glazed doors. A modern curved bay window has been added to the ground floor of Number 12. The properties are part of a larger group and share group value with Nos 1 to 25 St Hilda’s Terrace and the associated gardens wall and gatepiers.
