Description
This late Georgian building is located immediately south of No 4 on Court Lane. It is three storeys high and constructed of stone, sharing the same roof as the warehouse to the north. The facade features two modern doors with fanlights, set in plain stone architraves that have hoods supported by brackets. Each floor has two 16-paned sash windows, and there is a 15-paned non-opening window in the middle of the first floor between the two sash windows. At the southern end, there is a lower attached building made of stone rubble, with an old flag roof. This building includes a segmental arched barn entrance (or coach-house) and a stable entry with a loft above, which is now partly blocked. The interior features a timber roof.
