Description
41A High Street is a house that is part of a block dated 1709. It features roughcast walls with ashlar dressings and a pantile roof. The building has three storeys and one bay. On the left side, there are chamfered rusticated quoins. To the right, there is a part-glazed door set in a chamfered quoined surround, topped with a tripartite keystone lintel. The ground and first floors have sash windows with glazing bars, each framed by ashlar surrounds with keystones. The second floor contains a side-sliding sash window with a stone sill. There is a shaped kneeler and ashlar coping on the left side, as well as a brick end stack to the left. This house is part of the same building as number 43.
