Description

No. 4 Mitchelgate is a late 18th century or early 19th century building that stands two storeys high. It is constructed of rubble with a slate roof and features quoins on the left side. The building has three windows that have sills and plain reveals, which are sashed and include all glazing bars. There is a modern doorway and door, along with traces of a blocked central doorway and a blocked yard entrance on the right side. A passage entrance is located at the extreme right. This building is included for its group value.
