Description

High Moorgate is a range of four attached houses built in the 19th century, after 1859. The houses are constructed of rubble with a slate roof and feature four chimneys. The design is symmetrical, showcasing three short gabled projections, dressed quoins, and bargeboards on the gables and dormers. The windows have flush dressed surrounds, sills, and unmoulded labels, all fitted with lattice paned casements. The doorways are plain, each with a lean-to slate hood supported by wooden brackets. The first and second doors from the left are modern, while the third and fourth are made of planks. This building is included for its group value.
