Description

Kearstwick Lodge dates to 1857. It is a two-storey building constructed of squared rubble with a slate roof and three chimneys. The building features quoins, coped gables with corbelled kneelers, and chamfered stone mullioned windows of two or three lights, each with a moulded label. A crest is set into the left-hand gable, and a plaque displaying the date is inset beneath the labels of a chimney. A gabled stone porch is situated at the front.
