Description

This is a row of four late 18th-century houses located on Chapel Street in Appleby-in-Westmorland. The houses are built with roughcast rendering over stone rubble and have long and short stone quoins and a slate roof. A segmental arched carriage entry has rusticated voussoirs. The ground floor has four modern doors and four windows, while the first floor has five windows above. All windows are sashes, but their original glazing bars have been removed.
