Description

Nos. 13 and 15 King Street is a shop and clubhouse built in the early to mid 19th century. The building features scored painted render and a slate roof, standing three storeys tall with three bays. The ground floor has an early 20th-century shop front with a central doorway and an additional doorway to the right. Three Greek Doric engaged columns from a 19th-century facade remain, with two flanking the right-hand doorway and one on the left. The upper windows are glazing bar sashes with margin lights, set in painted surrounds with projecting sills. A moulded gutter cornice, lined with lead, runs along the top, and there is a chimney on the left.
