Description

These four buildings, numbered 26 to 29, stand on the north side of Albert Street. They were constructed in the mid-19th century from stone. The buildings are three storeys high. Each property has a doorway flanked by an attached column with Roman Doric fluting. The doorways are topped with a hollow-chamfered round arch and a round-arched fanlight with glazing bars. Four sash windows are present on the ground floor, and six on each of the upper floors. Nos 28 and 29 have sash windows with glazing bars: 16 panes at the bottom and 12 panes on the top floor.
