Description

Rutherford House is an early 19th-century building that has been converted into two dwellings, including Inglewood House. The exterior features scored stucco applied over stone, with stone quoins, a band, and a plinth. It has an old slate roof with stone chimneys. The central entrance consists of a modern door set above four stone steps, flanked by fluted attached half-columns and topped with a semi-circular fanlight that has iron glazing bars, all within a plain round arch. The building has two sash windows on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, all set in plain stone architraves.
