Description
No. 53 Duke Street is an 18th-century building dating from 1814. It is two storeys high and features a central doorway topped with a pediment supported by scroll console brackets. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows, while the upper floor has three sash windows. The walls are finished in scored stucco. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 43 to 50, Nos. 52 to 55, Nos. 65 to 76, and the Town Hall.
