Description

The Pack Horse Public House, located at 28 Lowther Street, was built in 1814. This three-storey building features stucco with grouted horizontal joints on the ground floor. The entrance includes a panelled door and fanlight set in a moulded doorcase, which is framed by larger panelled pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. There are two sash windows on each floor, with double windows on the first floor, all set in moulded frames. The Pack Horse Public House is part of a group that includes Nos 26B and 27.
