Description

26 Lowther Street is a building dating from 1814, located on the southwest side of Lowther Street at the corner of Church Street. This 18th-century structure stands four storeys tall and features a dentilled cornice and rusticated pilasters at both ends and corners. The building has 19th-century shop fronts and a doorway positioned at the angle. Each upper storey contains a sash window on each facade as well as on the angle, while the top floor is distinguished by oval "eyes" adorned with swags.
