Description

Number 9 Earl Street is a house in a terrace built in the 1830s. It features Flemish bond brickwork with light headers and has a painted cornice band. The roof is made of graduated slate, and there is a 19th-century brick chimney stack at one end. The house is two storeys tall and has two bays. The left side has a panelled door with a radial fanlight, all set in a painted stone surround. The windows are sash style, with flat brick arches and painted stone sills. The ground floor window has shutter hinge bracket blocks. The interior has not been inspected.
