Description

Nos 6 and 7 on Foxhouses Road are semi-detached villas dating from around 1790. They are two storeys tall with a basement. No 7 features a pebbledashed exterior. Each villa has round-arched doorways with fanlights, which are topped with broken pediments. They also have panelled pilasters and scroll brackets. Each house has one sash window on the ground floor and two above, all with plain architraves. A good cornice adds to their architectural appeal. These villas are part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 20A (consecutive), as well as Nos 22 and 23.
