Description

The Green numbers 26 and 28 form a pair of houses dating from the 16th or early 17th century. Built of coursed and squared rubble, they have a steeply pitched pantiled roof. The houses are two storeys high with four casement windows on each front, each with glazing bars and lintels. A stone coping defines the south gable. Numbers 20 to 28 (the even numbers) contribute to a notable group of buildings.
