Description

This is a wall built in the 18th century, constructed from coursed squared ironstone with ashlar coping along the section facing Church Street. The part of the wall that borders the Main Road features black tile and a short section of rendered coping. It is part of the walls that once surrounded the gardens of Watford Court, which was demolished around 1974. The wall extends approximately 60 meters along the Main Road, reaching a gateway, with a shorter section located on Church Street.
