Description

This is a wall dating from the 18th century, located to the right of the entrance to 'Poynings'. It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone with ashlar coping. The lower section of the wall, which is immediately to the right of the entrance, was rebuilt in the 20th century and is not considered to have special architectural interest. This wall is part of the former gardens of Watford Court, which was demolished around 1974. It is included in the listing for its group value.
