Description
No. 4 New Street is an early 19th century building with a stucco front that has been heightened from an earlier stone house. It stands three storeys tall and features a plinth and stone floor bands. The façade includes three sash windows with glazing bars and keystones. There is a central recessed doorway, and the building is topped with a hipped Welsh slated roof.
