Description

Knight's Cottage, located on Orchard Hill in Little Billing, dates from the 18th century. This building is constructed from coursed rubble and features a thatched roof along with a doorhood. It stands two storeys high and has flush casement windows with glazing bars set beneath wooden lintels. The entrance is through a ledged door, and there are red brick battered buttresses. Knight's Cottage was formerly two separate cottages, numbered 8 and 10. It is part of a group that includes Nos 4, 6, and 10.
